WIP. This was originally a self portrait, but I hate my face and turned it into this instead. I’ll finish it soonish.
I just realized that I never posted a picture of the finished painting. So here it is. My Aunt now has it up in her baby’s room.
A sneak peek of my current piece, taken with my phone. I still have a lot of touch ups/finishing up to do, but I’m mostly done.
I was originally painting directly onto the canvas paper, but I messed up and ended up having to draw/cut out parts from separate pieces of paper, and I had to cover up the original painting in the process, which is how she ended up in that cheesy hands-behind-back pose. Which is the one thing I hate about this.
